• Stylized portraits and other photography have varying timelines. For example, I will make sure holiday photos and senior portraits arrive on time for your needs.

Rush orders are usually available, including day-of digital delivery (premium), for all but weddings. Let me know if you have a specific deadline so that I can include delivery time in your quote.

Depends. Type of photography, wardrobe changes, hair and makeup changes, lighting requirements, and number of people in the shoot are just some of the time considerations.

Base estimates…

• Corporate head shot sessions: 5 to 10 minutes per employee

• Stylized athlete portrait: 45 to 90 minutes

• Family and children portraits: 30 to 45 minutes

• Engagement session: 60 to 90 minutes

For most shoots, all you need are your outfit(s) and your personality. If we plan to go long, bringing a reusable water bottle is a good idea.

We will hold a creative consultation before your session to discuss themes, outfits, props, and locations and to answer any remaining questions you have.

On adventurous shoots, we will review safety and be sure everyone has the necessary equipment and backups.

New since 2020: My photo shoots follow local and national guidelines for COVID-19 safety. That includes masks when appropriate and respect for the health of other people who will be nearby.

While I have none on staff, I can make trusted recommendations for sessions in the Phoenix Arizona and Burlington Vermont areas, but I don't yet have a network in central Florida.

Wherever you are, I am happy to coordinate with your on-set artists and provide time for changes and touch-ups.

No entourage? I’ll consult with you on your outfits, which also helps me match the environment and lighting to your style.

Absolutely. Travel rates are included in your quote. I’ve worked all around the United States and lived abroad.

Currently, there’s little or no travel charge for areas along the I-4 corridor of the sunshine state: the Tampa/St. Pete area to Orlando to the Space Coast.
